Built on the latest ultra slim carbon blank, the new Monster Mesh max series is one of the strongest lightest jigging blanks ever developed. The enormous hoop strength comes from combining the latest carbon technology with old style weaving under incredible pressure to produce the most incredibly strong blank. High performance blanks need the right components and MM Max uses Fuji’s best alconite M style guides, Fuji reel seats and quality aluminium custom components. All guides are triple bound for ultimate strength, so to make these the most reliable jigging rods available.

MXS 531-150 – The perfect rod for inshore work for small to medium sized kingfish, amberjack, snapper and other reef fish. Ideally suited to a 4000 size reel and jigs to 150 g, this rod has a soft tip action that provides fast responsive action to a jig.

MXS 531-200 – This all-round inshore jigging rod is perfectly balanced with a 4500 size reel with jigs up to 200 grams for kingfish, Samson fish, tuna and amberjacks. The rod bends all the way through the blank to provide maximum power on a fish and minimal strain on the angler.

MXS 531-250 – This power model is made to fish jigs fast, the tip will rip a jig quickly while the power is in the butt section will apply maximum pressure when a fish is hooked up. Ideally suited for a 5000 sized reel with jigs up to 250 g for kingfish, Samson fish, tuna and amberjacks.

MXS 531-300 – This heavy duty model is suited for the 5000 reel for large powerful kingfish, Samson fish, amberjacks or marlin. Its powerful butt section allows for maximum power on a fish but minimal stress for the angler. Jigs up to 300 grams are easily ripped quickly to entice a strike.

MXS 832P – This multipurpose model is the ideal slider rod or medium sized popper rod. It has a softer tip action perfect for sliders and is ideally matched with the 5000 size reel.

MXC 531-200 – This Overhead is a 1pc 160cm fishing rod with a jig size of 200g and a fishing line rating of PE3-4 (30-40lb braid fishing line)

MXS 72MH – This high versatility model is perfect for a wide range of lure casting for small tuna, albacore, snapper and other pelagics with metals, sliders, poppers and soft plastics. It is best matched with a 4000 – 4500 size reel.
